All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

Your order will be shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping

For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS with delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We do not ship to certain remote areas and some Asian countries.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This generous timeframe allows you to properly evaluate your purchases and ensure they meet your sophisticated standards.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free of any scuffs, marks, or damage
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 9×9 Technology products (due to their specialized technical components)
  • Any items marked as “final sale” or “clearance”
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.

2. Receive Return Authorization

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 24 hours.

3. Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and documentation.

4. Ship Your Return

Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Processing & Refund

Once received, our quality team will inspect your items within 3-5 business days and process your refund or exchange.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color? We’re happy to facilitate exchanges for available items. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, and we’ll ship your new item once we receive the original purchase.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within the following timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • JCB: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
